Dr. Kerri Scarbrough graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in biology and chemistry, then the University of Houston with her doctorate in optometry.
She was selected for the residency at American Lake and Seattle Veterans Administration Hospitals. Residency training is awarded to only a handful of optometrists. As a resident she taught students and saw geriatric, hospital-based, and psychiatric patients, advancing her skills in medical optometry.
Dr. Scarbrough has served the Puget Sound area for over twenty-five years. Among her positions were director of the Seattle low-income eye clinic and working with a downtown Seattle surgeon.
She has served on an advisory panel to the Woodinville City Council. She is a member of Woodinville Business and Professional Women. The office supports Homeward Pets (a no-kill animal shelter) and Zazu's House Parrot Sanctuary. She is the only full-time eye doctor both serving and living in the Woodinville area.
